    There are large areas of wet heathland

    One of the main features is this pond where clay was extracted from some time ago.

    Although very wet there are some ares of dry heath too

    Furzebrook heath lies to the north of the Wareham to Swanage railway line

    There is usually room to park in the village hall car park
