Turn south from the A351 Wareham by-pass towards Kimmeridge, continue through Creech and up the hill to the top of the Purbeck ridge. At the top pass the view point car park and then keep straight ahead where the road bends sharp left to Kimmeridge. The turning to Tynham village is less than half a mile on your left. Although the road may be open Tynham village is closed when the range walks are closed. There are several signs well in advance to say whether the range walks are open or closed.

A national marine nature reserve but I restrict my activities to the dry land and the species to be found on the nearby cliffs.
